Anyone going to or working at Hampden's Olympic football games, there is secure bike parking behind the car park, just across Asda. You still need to bring your chain and lock, but you can leave your helmet and tools, as they are not allowed through the airport style scanners.
Chaining bikes to lamp posts or trees is not recommended, as the police might remove them.
I was the first one to use the bike park today, they have about 100 spaces, just 13 got used, the event had poor ticket sales though.
