Well, being this a cycling forum Lesley probably wanted to know if it's allowed to cycle on Sauchiehall street. She must have googled the answer
I can confirm this is the true answer because I did attend a meeting with some GCC representatives last year about this.
They (GCC) are trying to keep this info a secret, apparently, by refusing to put clear signs in the area, not to antagonize pedestrians ....
