I use the Nitrile ones from Screwfix as the latex leaves my hands dry & itchy. However I have found the green ones tear less than the blue.

I don't think that is necessarily true as heard that Nitrile ones are better quality...

If by better quality you mean 'thicker' than that's probably true. Personally, I've never felt the need to use anything more than just the cheap latex gloves, as people above are pointing out.

Bit of a latex allergy, so I use nitrile. Most of the time, as aluminum isn't really very good for you, nor most cleaning chemicals, which not only get into your system through your skin, but can also strip away oils naturally in your skin that act as a barrier to germs and such.
