The suggestion is that nothing is real but is a compilation of CGI (the town, the roads/hillsides etc) rather than genuine location filming. The locations could be stock footage anywhere from South Africa to MIddle Earth. There is no actual filming location, alas, it's all made up and the actual buildings they walk past could be anywhere and the post box stuck on. That's advertising for you, don't believe what they show or tell you - all fake.
