would the pizza not go a bit soggy if you dunked it in wine?

I have enjoyed a couple of really good pizzas that would happily take a red wine. Neither were Tesco pizzas.

Everyday Value, love it.

Personally, I'd prefer an Everyday Value complicated variety.

I'd recommend anything from the Languedoc on offer, but then I would.
I've no idea what half of that means

But a nice cold pint of Hobgoblin or Doombar, that's a different story hic
The cookbook that came with our Kenwood mixer describes Ciabatta as a 'light bread to go with pizza or pasta".

What shall we have with the pizza kids - ooh, some bread would be lovely, dad!
To be fair though you can't have too much when it comes to dough based products.
