Myself and SWMBO usually go out for breakfast about once month and this usually because we have left the car in town and walk down to collect but stop to eat en route.
If you're ever in Macclesfield then Rustica at the bottom of Park Lane opposite Bikes bikeshop does a great breakfast for less than £5 but if you are feeling flush then the Cafe in Arighi Bianchi is the place for you.

I believe that if you have 5 hash browns on the same plate, they reach critical mass, nuclear fusion occurs and results in a black hole circling over the relevant wetherspoons

When you say hash browns are you talking about hash browns or these funny little wedges of shite?

I made good on my promise this morning and shovelled in 1,500 calories of Wetherspoons finest saturated fat - 4 toast, 4 hash browns, beans, sausages, bacon, eggs, toms and even a lonesome mushroom.

Doc says that’s the last one I’ll ever eat

I work with single guy who eats his full English breakfast in Weatherspoons, then calls in after his shift for his evening meal. He never eats at home, skinny as a rake too.

What's his secret? I see a blockbuster diet plan out for next Christmas.

Yes, spoons stuff is high in calories (a plus on tour) but to their credit, calories are clearly labelled, even for additional stuff/different sizes.

On New Year's Day I went for a little ride to blow away the cobwebs.

As I passed Yate, at about 0945, imagine my surprise to see a bunch of cars queuing for the McDonald's drive-through.

Here’s hoping they’d all sobered up enough to drive there...

We once missed our connection & had to stay over night in London. The airline put us up in the Sofitel...oh my days. The banquet was immense. 5 kinds of eggs.
I do t mind a big breakfast once a while but that breakfast was something i’ll never forget.
