It was an effort, but with the help of a couple of mugs of tea...

I then rode 15 miles home.

Not really. I loosened my belt and drove home.

An omelette at it's most fundamental, is scrambled eggs without the actual scrambling. E.I it's a method of cooking eggs.

Yes, spoons stuff is high in calories (a plus on tour) but to their credit,calories are clearly labelled, even for additional stuff/different sizes.

Possibly. I'm a great fan of spoons for several reasons. But that's not a balanced diet day in and out and I think spoons would say the same. What the hell does he have for lunch? Might be time to get him under an x ray, caution him.
