Goodbye Lola

Well I’m Devastated, our 14 year old Tibetan Terrier (she came from Milton Keynes not Tibet!) passed away today.
We’ve had her since she was a puppy and what a lovely beautiful dog we were blessed with. I feel a massive hole in my heart and the house this evening just doesn’t feel the same, so sad.

So sorry for your loss. We've only had our rescue dog 16 months and already he's a huge part of our lives.

Its shoot for you but she's in a better place now and ready for you to give another puppy a home . My cat Isis died on my knee , I cried my eyes out as She went limp. However she gave me Tibbs to look after now , life goes on , be good

It's never 'only a dog'. They tear your heart when they leave, but we wouldn't be without them. They occupy a much bigger part of our lives than their size would suggest. Massive sympathy to you. I've been there.

Thank you for all your kind messages after Lola died. I have never not had a dog and at the moment life isn’t quite the same so we’ve made a decision to get another. We pick our new puppy up on the 29th of December, I’m as excited as I think I’ve ever been! I’ll post a pic when we get him.
