numpty question, I suspect.

When visiting a site for the first and logging in, Google Chrome, offers to save the log in info and password for you. However, if you decline, it doesn't give the choice again.

I declined for Cycle Chat, but now I'd like Chrome to log in for me. How do I do it?

Go to the spanner top right
Click options
Click personal stuff
Click show saves passwords
click exceptions
CycleChat should be in there
Click on that then click remove

Call me a wuss, but I never save passwords or allow automatic log-in. I don't like the idea of someone pinching my PC and working their way through my links and other data, then making free with my existence.
