Surely, written out in full it would be Bikes Motor Cross, thus the plural is BsMX?

We had a cracker the other day. In a meeting in a classroom for trainee teachers and we spotted the most badly spelt word in a list. We hoped it was a student that had written it.

On a recent briefing at work the PCSOs were instructed to look out for open windows on houses when patrolling at night, and if they found one they were to "arouse" the occupants. So if you're awoken by a PCSO tickling your nips one night you know why.

And at the risk of being serious, making mistakes / being incompetant even would not be a disciplinary matter but a performance / capability matter - you can still be sacked (eventually), but wrong reason and process
