It looks like the Rubino Pros that I have on one of my bikes are graphene. Not that I knew that. Anyhow, I think they're pretty good tyres. Not super puncture proof but smooth rolling and grippy enough.

They make tyres a single atom thick? Are they not prone to punctures?

    wouldn't graphene be incredibly slippery?

EDIT - I should add that I am serious by the way, based on comparsin with graphites (electron) bonding betwee layers so would be shyte for the rubber part presumably

Of course you could use graphene strands as the reinforcing, which would have benefit - just maybe - but zero stretch which I would think might be a snag

I'm no expert but it depends on the strength of the bonds between the molecules in the lattice.

Most interesting use for graphene I have heard so far is to use it to cover teeth for zero decay ever.

One of the latest things is using it to make tiny conductive kirigami springs.

Well, it's a single macromolecule one atom thick. I think a thorn could get through.

    Would you ride steel tyres?

I'm a little confused here, but isn't "multi-layer graphene" just plain old middle-of-your-pencil graphite?
