I watched a documentary on Loretta Lynn. IIRC she got married at 14.

Absolute legend. He'll always be remembered for his great music.

Had a very colourful life, married seven times and shot his bass player, plus a load of other stuff.

And marrying a 13 year old girl! Now we would call him a peadophile and lock him up, even in America now. Instead people call him a legend because he played a piano well and was good at rock and roll! I liked his music but I don't like celebrating him or memorialising him without condemning the aspects of his life that were simply wrong with the same prominence!
