Truth hurt? and no. Don't accuse people of doing certain things Crankarm when you yourself have done them (and posted about them) in the past. It's make you look like a hypocrite.

Truth hurt ?????? Don't make me laugh. You wouldn't even recognise it or stop for it if a couple of peds walked with a huge banner stating "TRUTH" across your path. Your posts are fiction and seek only to defame me with acts that your vivid IMAGINATION thinks I have carried out. Have you been forgetting to take your medication?

What do you need a bell for norm? Isn't your puffing and panting enough to alert most peds to your presence?

Ain't that the truth. If I have to call anyone out, it's usually along the lines of "Oi..... what.... the.... heck..... do.... you..." and, by that time, they are either too far away to hear the rest or I've passed out.

The reason that she got frustrated and "resorted to personal insults" is because having a discussion with you is like banging one's head against a brick wall.

So you agree that she resorted to personal insults. TBH I thought it was User3143. But that's not my problem.

Seen any band wagons BenM? Oh, you are riding on one aren't you.

When I was in town yesterday I thought I was going to be knocked down by a largish woman on a BSO weaving furiously in and out of afternoon shoppers in a pedestrian area followed by her equally moronic male covered in tattoes who caused parents and kids to jump out their way. They left their bikes spread eagled on the floor right in front of the entrances to Sainsburys.

You don't half seem to attract trouble, Crankers.
Have you ever, ever stopped to think what the common factor in all of this is?
Anyway, I thought you'd flounced.

I have absolutely no qualms about carefully standing on the axles and spokes of bikes left like that.

As for the cycling, a well-timed drop of the shoulder, learned on many different fields of battle (a.k.a. school rugby pitches  ) can bring them off in no time. Errm... apparently.

Well Norm one can dream I s'pose but it simply isn't worth it. Knuckle draggers like this seem to be taking over. The system protects them and any one who dares to speak out or challenge what is going on, upsetting the symbiosis, is sharply cut down to size. There are even knuckle draggers on here ;) .

I'd get more sense out of talking to a piece of cardboard.

What people like you, do you mean?

Are you taking the same medication as User3143?

Not unless Lee is on antibiotics at the moment, but I have no knowledge of that.
It's a serious question, Crankarm. Every time you get on your bike someone tries to run you over, every time you walk somewhere you get flattened by chavs on BSOs, and every time you post on here you wade in with personal attacks and suggestions that other posters should be hit by lorries or are on some kind of medication.
I'm trying to understand what it is that's motivating you.

A cereal box with a face drawn on it with some coloured crayons, and stuck to my hand via some sort of adhesive.

You forgot to draw chips on both shoulders, fingers in its ears and a speech bubble saying "LALALA not listening."

Bitterness is a hard pill to swallow, Doc!

If I walked out without looking, in front of someone, I'd expect to get some grief.

No matter how it must look to you - pretty much no one steps out without looking.

What it is, you just don't notice that they look maybe too soon, or they just don't notice you because you're not car shaped - lack of observation. There is a difference between not looking well enough and not looking at all.

Eitherway - this idea that people simply step into the road without looking is just silly buggers.

As for the shouting, you already saw them, you went around, they were in the road legally and you still shouted at them. From the way you say it sounds like aggression (correct me if I am wrong) and that is what you shouldn't do.

So you did the right thing, then the wrong thing.
