Cycling (of course).
I had a really really sh1t day at work, but on the way back, on a couple of occasions chatted to cyclists stopped at the lights (don't normally get a chance to speak to anyone, tbh). Bit of light-hearted banter about the traffic and where we were off to, etc. Brightened my day up no end.

Getting to a pub after a cold ride, and seeing a log fire to toast your lycra.
The smell of cooking steak. Or lamb chops.
The sound of a cork leaving a bottle.

Finding an empty seat, after standing up in a crowded train for too long and after a hard day at work.

Early spring and summer mornings before the world wakes up. More so if riding.
Buttered toast.
When your child or grand-child comes up and sits with you or hugs you just because they want to.
Red wine.
Turning over at night and feeling the one you love sleeping next to you.
Celery.
Swimming naked, especially in the sea.
A watercress and cheddar cheese sarnie.

Edited to include: Not all at the same time like.

Seeing my two sons happy.

Coming home with your bike caked in crap, washing and drying it then standing back to enjoying it restored to its former glory ready for the next mud fest.

Warm underwear straight off a warm radiator on a very cold winter morning

I was once in Corsica, and climbed down a remote valley to the river. It was a hot day, and there was no-one around. It was the only place I've ever been that was secluded enough to go skinny dipping.
I stripped off, and jumped in.
One problem.
The river was mostly snowmelt :cold:
My poor little bits went 'CLANG!!' as they hit the water. I only found my testicles after a hot bath and a forty minute search.
Don't test the water with both feet...

Finding a quiet place to scratch that itch you can't in front of others (eg groin /backside)

Getting out of smart attire when getting back from a wedding /formal event and getting into lounging around clothes.

Your own kids laughing. Nothing, absolutely nothing, beats the joyous sound of your kids laughing. Makes all your other concerns disappear into the abyss.

Getting home from work all sweaty from riding, kneeling down, and 15 month old daughter runs the length of the hall & collides with my chest she's so eager for a cuddle.

Then she runs back to the other end of the hall and does it all over again. I feel like a skittle in a skittle alley !
