When I bought the Mad Scientist some walking shoes, my Mum (with whom I was shopping) bought her some good, thick sports socks to go with them. Some of the sock were pink. She wears them with everything...

Old school White or club colours for me - except in winter when theyre black merino, but then under overshoes anyway.
