Groin problem

Ive just got back into cycling i went out with these guys who were fitter and stronger than me i pushed myself to keep up we did about 30 miles. Anyway ive been pushing myself to much and now my groin is hurting which it never have before when i was just plodding around. I think to bike set up is ok never had problems before i hope its just over working and not a fai problem again.

Cheers for the advice im going to stay of the bike until the pain goes away its not to bad just a slight aching pain im doing stretches and see how it goes. When i get back on im going to take it easy i think ive got pain in that area from trying to get in a aero position when i was on the front of the gain gang and pushing to hard to soon.
