Ive just got back into cycling i went out with these guys who were fitter and stronger than me i pushed myself to keep up we did about 30 miles. Anyway ive been pushing myself to much and now my groin is hurting which it never have before when i was just plodding around. I think to bike set up is ok never had problems before i hope its just over working and not a fai problem again.
