OH has come off his bike tonight. We've been in A&E all evening and have just got home.

He's got to return in the morning to go to theatre to have this sewn up:

Yes he's ok, just feeling sore and sorry for himself, and a bit worried as the sensation is all wrong so worried about nerve damage.

Amazing though. you can see tiny little arteries pulsating in there.

Was in two minds whether to open the thread. Probably shouldn't have (staggers over and opens window for a bit of air ).

That looks really painful and is going to be awkward to live with for a bit! I hope it heals quickly.
