I reckon I'd give his part time work a miss as I couldn't out run a fit roadie on a weekend jaunt, even with 1450cc.

And you'd not want to be sliding down the road @ 150MPH+ like he did in 2010??

And as for Connor Cummins 'off' the same year

Nah, I like him like that. Slightly manic, like me!

Especially when he was up to his elbows in 'doggy-dos', & the camera crew were backing away

Love the show, just re-watched the series he did about refurbing a canal boat. His accent, talking speed and manerisms are great and change from a southern born presenter who's got plum in mouth probably why london based forumite wasn't impressed.

Could be the successor to Fred Dibnah if they can slow his enthusiasm down a bit.

I don't mind the high speed delivery, because he obviously knows his stuff and, like Fred, could probably build it all in his back yard. But please stop him calling everyone "Chief".
