Anyone watching the Guy Martin prog on C4 at the mo? Looks interesting. Cycling 24 hr record & interesting streamlined recumbents. Will be on 4+1 at 9pm and then I guess on More4 and 4OD.

I enjoyed that, fascinating stuff, Guy seems to be able to turn his hand to most things.

Just finished watching it, and really enjoyed it, and the way that they weren't quite able to control their competitive nature

They got themselves into a bit of a mess - literally - with the toilet arrangements, and then there was chafing, etc.

I wonder if they would have been better with planned short pit stops.

Would only take a minute or two to toilet, change clothes and pick up food.

I thought that too. When you think how much time they were forced to waste, a 10 minute break every 3 or 4 hours might have been a wiser choice.
