..yep it's proof that I did actually ride over 1400km in the last 2 weeks...I have serious callouses on my hands from the bars, anyone else have these? I suppose they are a harmless battlescar, but I dont want them getting to obvious..so I thought about marketing a new range of sandpaper bar tapes to wear down such things...think it'll catch on?:becool::smile:

Everyone has them don't they? I always did from weight training before I even started cycling anyway. Best not to try to soften or get rid of them, or you'll just end up with blisters instead. Just leave 'em be - they are meant to be there!

After extensive research into Callus history, I have found the best way to get rid of em is using a softening cream then scrub em down with a pumice stone. If you havent got a softening cream then get your hands wet to the point that they start to prune ~ then pumice those calluses like mad!

btw BTFB ~ Id just like to put an advance order in for those sandpaper tapey things
I have already sorted out one
