Today i changed the bars of my bike back to my old ITM shallow drop bars as i couldnt get a good position with the newer 31.8 Deda bars..this was made possible via shims, thankfully.
H.Bars are a real conundrum near-enough...especially in the age of the internet and ordering and not being able to see them for yourself.
I wish there wasn't 2 sizes as it was near impossible to find a 130mm -17 stem.. ;/
