I used to have 4 but my hubby and nephew "accidentally" broke them when playing football
I had a plastic one but as he got older got really creepy looking so I chucked him in the wheelie bin.
Now I just have just one called Dusty

I don't own or will never own a gnome but this piece in The Telegraph caught my eye as it is my local council showing that they have too much time on their hands.

My mum and dad had a couple in the 60's and 70's. Even then you couldn't trust people not to nick them. They were attached to a big boulder under the soil.

I pedalled past that on Tuesday and never even noticed!
I have a gnome wearing a St Johnstone football strip and Mrs Celine has a Hearts one. They are plaster of paris so live in the shed and not outside.
