That's very obviously some kind of photoshop or internet forum mashup. I suspect the basic list which has been hacked up is one provided to British civil servants going to the colonies, and given that it includes sticking plaster (invented 1920) and dark glasses (popularised in the 1920s) it's probably from around then, but it could easily be earlier given some of the other items.
Someone even geekier than me will be able to pinpoint the font, which looks rather more like a 1990s version of Times Roman than anything ever used for typesetting in the days of hot metal.
