hmm, I don't think the Church Video with the Chavs and the dog was a sketch, it was footage from cctv, it was for real. no acting involved. I think they have relations living near me.

I watched the first episode when \i was pissed, and thought it was funny...well, the bits I could remember!
I then watched the 2nd episode sober, and it was utter crap...maybe the first episode was funny and the second was crap? Or maybe I laugh at crap when I've drunk too much?!

Last night's was the first one I've seen of any of the series - I'm somewhat out of the loop with TV. I heard the first series was dire, but when they're good they really are good, so I'm happy to cut them a bit of slack to try things that don't work. We're too used to expecting to be laughing all the way through a 30-minute programme. The Fast Show was never belly-laughts all the way through, but Ted and Ralph were worth the wait.
