Has anyone tried a bit of Kundalini ?

:whistle: Beyond cycling for exercise I don't have much going on at the moment. I'm wondering if a bit of Kundalini might perk me up. I doubt if I would have enough patience though. I suppose if I never try I won't know??
 
I hear that meditation can be very carming. I invariably feel great after cycling, and I stick with that.

Different strokes and all that, but its definitely not my thing.

My neighbour is a lovely guy and reckons he is a reiki master and was really keen to show me some moves when he heard I regularly visit a physio for back issues, but I'm more of a real world kind of guy.

Others obviously may feel differently.
