Went out this morning for a spinning session around a 8(ish) mile circuit and i am convinced the wind followed me. I think I had about 1/2 mile when I felt no wind; the rest of the time I was subjected to the fury of the South Wales Valleys head wind (undoubtedly stolen from Siberia) even though my journey is a circuit. Oh well at least I got a workout, just not the kind I had in mind.!!!
