29 Luke! B) With a face that old and muscle wasteage, I would have put you at least late thirties, early forties...
It's the only time you'll not struggle to get over the hill.

I've looked that old since I was about 16, so no change there.

I think I'll change my cassette back by the time I get to "that" hill. That's one I'll definitely want to walk up slowly.

I've got the demo ready to download. I take it that it's a game worth adding to my collection then? I'll find out when I finally get round to the demo!

Let us know how far the demo takes you, as it can take a while for the story to really get going, but I'm sure it will be enough to get the idea.

I played a few more chapters last night. It's a very easy game to pick up for just a quick go before bed. Not so easy to put down xx(

I got this the other day - went into Game with my eldest and ended up buying it on their "replay" scheme (i.e second hand) but when I got to the till he brought out a Special Edition copy which was priced at £5 more and proeceeded to sell it to me for the lower price... bonus!

Played it for about an hour or so today... bit boring at first getting used to the controls etc. but now I've had my Son run over and fought a losing battle with an angry ex-boyfriend of some hooker... I'm so bad at pressing the buttons/moving the controls the required way quickly!!!

It looks okay, not realy my cup of tea but I'll stick with it a bit and see where it takes me... have you lot finished it now?

Heavy Rain is great - very addictive and beautiful.

The trouble is, once you've played it once, you know who did the murderer is, and although I didn't completely do it perfectly, I saved the kid and all the charactors survived.

It was like reading an excellant book - I couldn't stop playing it.

But like a great book you wouldn't instantly pick it up and re-read it.

I think it has some great features, but the story is still linear. What your charactors do or think don't change the outcome - ie who is the Origami Killer - if you keep them all alive and out of police custody you should solve things and save the kid. The choices the charactors make have little effect on the outcome.

I think it looks beautiful and has features that could be developed further in future games.

At the moment I'd probably only play it once or twice / so maybe try to borrow it from someone.

I've now got the full version on rental from Lovefilm. The controls can be a bit annoying, I think I have the hardest difficulty setting for all the button mashing bits but hey ho.

I'm going to try and keep all my characters alive. Lots of hidden trophies so when I hear that little trophy ping noise I get a bit excited. Lots of gaps in trophies must mean you get different trophies for doing different things i.e. one for killing X person and one for not killing X person etc. So I'm going to play it through to the end and then play it again differently to see if I get those other trophies.

On the whole I'm really getting into it, but find having to watch the cut scenes quite slow at times.
