How do you get them to price match online?

Terms & Conditions

• The competitor's item must be identical (colour, size etc)
• The competitor's item must be in stock at the time of match
• The competitor's price must include delivery
• The competitors price must be publically advertised online and cannot include any membership/personal discounts
• We cannot match bulk promotional offers such as buy one get one free
• The competitor must be based in the UK and sell direct to customers (no auction or marketplace retailers)
• No other promotional offers or vouchers can be used on top of a price match
• We will match within 7 days of receipt of purchase
• If purchased from store the match must be from a store within 20 miles radius
• We will match in store if our online price is lower than our store price
• We will not match against clearance, closing down sales or specialist retailers such as market stalls

Think I have worked it out, they only price match local stores that advertise online and do no price match online retailers which begs the question why would anyone go to Halfords to price match something that is cheaper locally anyway.

I've found my local Evans are cheaper than Halfords on a lot of stuff.

Nearest Evans store is 25 miles away unfortunately , ordered mudguards from Wiggle but they were broke in transit so was just looking locally to find a set as wiggle said it could take a while to get new ones to me as they have to get the damaged ones back first .

That' a shame mate, Wiggle are quite good price-wise. I am quite spoilt here; there's an Evans and a Halfords literally ten minutes left or right of where I live. And a few LBS's too. I hope you find some soon at a good price!

Wiggle seem to have the best customer service , returned quite a lot to them and they just refund you, no hassle , going to get lbs to order a set in , will just have to wait for them.
