Thanks everyone for the lovely welcome back 
I went out on the bike today, just a steady pace, but managed to get 45 miles in so a good start
Hopefully getting out again tomorrow with my club,which will end up being a 50

You had your off in October?? well, I've been in and out of hospital and back on my bike since then too! Noone ever remembers me though
