Hello from a returnee to cycling.

Hi all,

Just introducing myself, I used cycle every day for over 10 years , school, work, dating, the lot back in the late 70s and mid 80s, then cars arrived along with work, career progression, family life and so on.

Cycling was neglected, so now with the advent of more time at home, I decided to restart cycling as my hobby. It will get me fit, healthier and also something to tweak.

Looking forward to getting back into it, I'm sure I'll be asking lots of daft questions over the next few months.
