Thank you for your messages. I'm a complete new starter. Very unfit. Have started Sober October today and am planning to use the Coach Potato to 50km program with the ultimate aim of doing the London to Paris ride at some future point. So in the meantime if you're in the Shire look out for a middle-aged edam cheese on a bike happy Sunday x
