I really like Berlin. I was there last year with a typical tourist "wander around anywhere" mindset. I soon learned to keep out if the cycle paths!

On the roadbike, I tend to just ride on the road.....on the others, it depends, but I get your point....

Nope, was there in the early 90's. Worked in Kreuzberg at the time.
Did a lot of conventions at the Messe in the naughties too.
Loved the City and still do. Try to get back there on a regular basis.
Longfield - Eynsford - Pilgrim's Way - Wrotham and back home to Longfield is one of my favourite loops and have ridden TT's on most of the Q courses.
That's a good route. I cycled out of Sevenoaks for 15 years, so I know that well.
Very nice. I think spring and summer are definitely best for visting. Winter's good for online cycling!
