Hi James, that sounds pretty much exactly how I got back into cycling. I bought a cheap hybrid, fell in love with riding bikes and bought a road bike a few months later. I live three or four miles from the city centre.

Hi James,

I am also in Redditch, and I would suggest that you take a look at this fine cycling club as a good starting point. HERE There is also a Saturday training ride from The Bramley Cottage if u are interested. Same 40 mile route every week and not to fast this time of year, but can get a bit "lively" when the sun is shining, we leave at 9 o'clock on the dot!
