Hello from Bishop's Stortford (well, nearly)

A long time lurker here, thought I'd finally register - if I can give back 1/100th of all the stuff I've learnt, laughed at and reflected on I'll be pretty happy.

Also a long time gatherer of bikes and spender of money on them . Most recent acquisition is a BTwin FC3, which despite a bit of a lack of reviews and posts about is a brilliant bike... once the groupset has seen some upgrades. I was expecting some serious bike snobbery from my fellow pedelers but so far have only got nice comments. Now I've posted I hope it'll stay that way .

A big thank you as well to everyone who posts in these forums - I spend at least an hour a day here and always come away the richer.

I like biking old railway routes as there's no heavy traffic and NO HILLS.

There is one hill on the Fitch way (uphill if going towards Dunmow), only a couple of bike lengths long but nearly vertical (well I think it is ) and just round a bend so you can't get a good run at it. I fell off on that little rise a couple of months ago!
