been lurking for a while now thought i had better join.got a couple of bikes a carrera subway hybrid and a boardman comp mtb. really need to get some miles in now the bad weather is hopefully over ish,as i am doing the leeds liverpool canal ride in june .done about 30 miles this week ,then picked up a bit of man flu .hope to be out sat morn to do 30 or 40 if i can .any way hi all .
