Just a quick post to introduce my self. I'm fairly new to cycling, I've been commuting around 100 miles a week on a steel single speed bike but really enjoying it and am looking into upgrading my bike.

Hi Sam - to CC!

I built myself a singlespeed bike from spare parts and a donated frame/fork last year. I enjoy riding that, though I do most of my rides on bikes with triple chainsets.
