Welcome from a absent Cornishman (Redruth). I left about 24 years ago to find work and haven't managed to steer my career path home yet. But, I'm still looking.
I do miss the open ( and exposed) roads of the north coast and the tiny country roads found everywhere.

I've yet to get up right to the coast but I wanna ride Bude to Sennen the scenic way by the end of the year so I will have by then

I've done Sennon to Newquay and in general I always found it easier to ride up rather than down the coastline. Prevailing winds in the summer seemed to benefit that direction.

aye marz, but I'm thinking to maybe do there and back over a week as an experiment, stay in BnBs ect to see if I like cycle touring then try to get into it proper if I do
