:hello: @Garry A and :welcome: to CycleChat ! :wahhey:

There are a fast-growing number of members around the central area, so a get-together :bicycle: sounds like a good idea - as there will be CAKE ! :hungry:

If anyone is sufficiently organised/ motivated/ enthusiastic to suggest a meeting place, date, time and a route ... post it up in this section and see who wants to come along ! ^_^

For most of the year riding around the Central Belt - I keep my mudguards on !

Hello,

I've just found this forum and decided to sign up.
41 years old and have been using an Halfords Apollo that i got 19 years ago and still goes well. Tomorrow I shall be getting my new bike delivered from the Edinburgh Bicycle Co Op it's a Giant Roam 2 and I cant wait to get it out. I have the Forth and Clyde canal path nearly on my doorstep and the Helix park not far either. Not into road cycling anymore as I dont have a death wish ^_^

And hopefully this summer I will use it and we could even meet for a coffee somewhere!
