Just trying to get back on a bike for the first time in a number of years!

I've already picked up a lot of great info from the site and now decided to join up to ask a few more questions.

At one time I was allowed to stand on the Gallowgate to watch Malcolm McDonald & Kevin Keegan due to working in the Toon most of the week for several years from early '70's.
I suggested to the boss that a Newcastle office should be established & that I would move the family to be permernantly in the area.
I have fond memories of such times.At various tomes I lived in a flat above a café in Gateshead,Gosforth Park Hotel & terraced house in Ashington.
I love the place & would move there at the drop of a hat if circumstances allowed it.
