Hi I'm Simon from near Attleborough everyone calls me Spike.
Just returned to cycling again after numerous breaks for kids lack of time and all sorts of excuses.
Have found the forums really informative and figured I should join after all these months of reading .
Have a road bike and mountain bike but looking for a hybrid to commute to work on as the roads r rather dark n rough and the mountain bikes on its last legs

Anyways enough waffle just thought I'd say Hello
