Hello from Northants

[Sprocker]

Hi All,

Like many on the forum, after a long layoff from cycling I decided I needed to get back into
it with a view to getting fit again.

My cycling will be 90% road/commute, with 10% track/pathway for the odd occasion that Mrs Sprocker decides she wants to 'go for a leisurely ride' with me.

So the 15 year old MTB was given away to a pals son, and I treated myself to a Specialized Tricross!

Now begins the long hard push to get fit again........
