I heard all about the hills, in fact I was asked if I was OK will them or if I was going to do a Norm, what ever that means.
I get the impression it has something to do with paying for Coffee

Ey oop chaps. Just back from hols. Fatter, slower and lopsided from carrying a suitcase, but still up for a cycle.
