yep, thats the one as im pinerello-less I needed a commuter ride, was not sure if it should be the Venge or something else. The Venge I have exactly as I want, I really enjoy the bike and have missed riding it for a few days, never knew how much I like that bike till now... So the commuter had to be the something else

Ok. Enough you bike whores. Are we riding this Saturday? Weather looks dry so 8am start at the ice rink!!!
I want to break this 30 mile barrier i keep hitting. Let's ride regulators ...

Im up for it, but 8am that will be damn cold that time of the morning, even if its dry.. Im still voting 9am.
No idea what im bringing at the moment. At this rate it will be the Dahon
woke up with the Tarmac doing a good impression of a Venge with flat.. damn thing has a leak on the repair somewhere.

Lets see who is up for it. Majority rule on start time ..... As long as it's 8am.
Hardly been home with a week of on call, so need to get back by 11 to do daddy taxi duties

Dont tell the wife but im easy time location distance etc i meant. Thinkng maybe we should all bring a spare tube for Mr Venge though he seems to be a p**c**re magnet at present !

Chaps - any sugestions on where i can pick up some overshoes locally?

Concept Store Ruslip we could have a ride over there on Saturday if you wanted?
There is also a bike shop by the Rink (end of the high street).. not sure if they sell overshoes though, we can check on Saturday if you want .... If we meet at 9am they will be open yay another advantage of 9am

Im up for a trip to the concept store i went past one in my lorry near Richmond station the other day i nearly crashed gazing out the window u might have trouble getting me out of there though ! That shop in Slough high street is the 2nd branch of the one we pass in Dedworth Stows i think it is ? Norm should know if they do what you want he knows them pretty well i think.

This rain better p off though just rode home in hoodie and jeans not clever mudguards must invest in some for the commute but i only think of it when its raining

Sounds like a nice ride, we could take in Hillingdon Cycle Circuit on the way as well, if you all fancied... they have a cafe there
