Your times are very impressive, the Avail 3 is a nice bike. I have a Defy 2 (2011) myself, being tall I found the Avail a bit short for me.

Thank you - I'm hoping to improve on those times this year and hopefully go sub 30 minutes which would be nice! Unfortunately I'm only 5'0" and only just fit on an XS ladies frame so it had to be the Avail for me...!!!
