Hello from warwickshire!

Hi I am stuart and bought my first new bike after Christmas, so i opted for a giant defy 4 and am enjoying getting use to road bike gears and position.
My longest ride was 35 miles and took 2 hours 20 mins and highlighted the need to get hydration and food organised better. The idea is to get a bit more exercise when i have time but i will never have time to get bitten by the bug but so far it's really great, even when my fingers nearly froze off on my way to the dentist. Looking forward to slightly better weather! !
