Hi guys hope everyone is ok and keeping safe. I ride a Raleigh Carrera 14 speed and owned the bike for 18 months, didn't ride it much at first being unfit and I put on a lot weight on got up to 19 stone 7 I set myself a target of 18 stone before getting back in the saddle, since then I've ridden over 150k and my weight is dropping off nicely I have been out for lot short but hilly rides average about 25k, as I live Wales there's not much flat ground lol
