HELP!!!!!! Approximate steel frame dimensions

Hi

I am trying to buy a steel frame off the interwebs and I need to get a courier cost before I commit.

All I have is the frame size, 21.5 inch ( = 54.61 cm)

Its a steel reynolds 531 frame from the 90s.

I need to know I am within....(Parcel size)

• Dimensions up to: Length: 80cm, Width: 80cm, Depth: 80cm

Any help appreciated.

Wheelbase is going to be around 40" or 100cm if forks are attached. So 80cm length looks a bit small?

An 80cm by 80cm box is going to be just over 113cm across the diagonal.

Presumably forks can be removed and wrapped seperately within the box?

Paisley Freight £23.50 for full size bike in box. So a frame wont be a problem.

True but you won't be able to use all the space when packing a frame as the space gets very tight into the corners.

I'm forgetting the adjacent side for the equation won't be 80

I spoke to the seller and it ended up 80x70x24cm
And I used Paisley Freight, thanks @ianrauk - Did look at them but your post gave me the confidence to do it.

The frame was a steal steal. 99pence - yes.

If it actually makes it to me, I will post some pictures.
