Hello people,

I'm doing a survey about cycling and mountain biking for my Masters dissertation. I need lots of people who either cycle and/or mountain bike to fill in my survey.

you need something on there to tell people that their personal details (telephone number/email address) will be kept confidential/destrioyed after x days.
