download hijackthis , run scan without logfile and look under bho and toolbar entries

It might be worth checking if "windows searchnu" is listed under add/remove programs in control panel, some say it installs there aswell as modifying the browser. The Radialpoint thing is meant to be something to do with Virgin Medias security package or remote desktop.
