This zoomers or creepers thread in commuting set me thinking in a Joyceian vein. Joyce had it that bababadalgharaghtakamminarronnkonnbronntonner- ronntuonnthunntrovarrhounawnskawntoohoohoordenenthur- nuk! was the sound of a thunderclap, albeit a very particular thunderclap.

What onomatopoeic word can you come up with to the express the sound made by a creeper performing a 21mph, 4th or higher gear, overtake of a cyclist travelling at 18mph along an otherwise deserted country lane?
